1. DEMO
Classes are friendly and fun! Bags of Taste demonstrate at least two recipes to you and give you tips on food storage, so you save money by not wasting food. They explain where to buy the ingredients for the recipes you are cooking cheaply and locally and a bit about nutrition too. You can then taste the recipes!

2. COOK
You will cook the recipes yourself with the aid of an instructor who will help you with any mistakes you might make (don’t worry, we all make them!)

3. ENJOY THE MEAL TOGETHER
You will then eat the delicious meals you cooked with your classmates. We hope you’ll love them!

4. GO HOME AND PRACTICE!
You can buy a bag of ingredients to try making it yourself at home. Let’s see if you can do as well as you did in the class! Your family and friends get to try it too. The bags cost only £3.00 and contain enough food for two meals for two people, so four people in total.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
