    On Tuesday the 24th of September there is a chance to explore and give feedback on the accessibility of a bus retrofitted with electric motors and batteries that replace the diesel engine. This will change the interior layout and finding out what effects this has on disabled people is an encouraging opportunity to raise any challenges whilst the bus is static and “Not in Service”.

The main theme for this conference is Employment, Volunteering and Meaningful Activity. This event is for people with a learning disability and Autistic people living in the Sheffield area and we also welcome service representatives.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
