  • Let's Talk About Restraint Conference - 17 March 2016

    Disability Sheffield have teamed up with Active Independence, Sheffield City Council and individual employers and their personal assistants to coproduce new Safer Restraints Training and downloadable resources to help people talk about safer restraints.   • ROFA’s Submission to the Lords Select Committee Inquiry on the Equality Act and Disability

    Reclaiming Our Futures (ROFA) is an alliance of grass roots groups and disabled peoples’ organisations (DPOs) across the UK who have come together to defend disabled people’s rights and fight for an inclusive society. This written submission has been drafted specifically to address the impact of the Equality Act 2010 on Disabled people’s independent living. Disability Sheffield are part of this response as a member of ROFA.
