This event is for people with a learning disability and Autistic people living in the Sheffield area. You can come as part of a group, or by yourself. Everyone is welcome – do let us know if you are bringing a bigger group along. Refreshments and provided, bring your own lunch. View Poster
There will be a mixture of accessible activities around mental health, including activities run by Sheffield Safe Places, Sheffield Health and Social Care, Sheffield Flourish, and the Sheffield Voices team .
Here’s our mental-health themed work book and short grounding activity for you to try out. If you want to complete the activity book before the event, we will include your feedback in our presentations on the day. If you can’t make the event, or want to run a smaller session with your group, friends or day service, please feel free to use this as a starting point.
If you would like to book a place, or provide any feedback, please contact us at info@sheffieldvoices.org.uk
