Returning to School Survey

Returning to School Survey

Sheffield City Council (SCC) would like to hear from families who have a child with special educational needs and/or a disability about any concerns they have regarding the return to school in September.

They would also like to hear about any positive experiences families have had during lockdown which could possibly be built on in the future.

Sheffield City Council have created a brief online questionnaire asking the following three questions:

  • What questions or concerns do you or your child have about their return to school in September?
  • Are there things that the school or setting needs to be aware of to ensure a good transition back to school?
  • Have there been any positives for you and your child during lockdown that we could build on in the future?

The questionnaire is available here and will be open until Friday 24 July.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
