Disability Equality Training from the Experts!

Disability Equality Training from the Experts!

Is your business or organisation in need of disability equality training? If so, what could be better and more effective than getting it from disabled people themselves?

Disability Sheffield and their group for people with learning disabilities, Sheffield Voices are now offering a range of affordable training which is designed and delivered by people with a lived experience of disability.

Sheffield Museums say: ‘This training has been hands down one of the best training experiences I have ever had. I enjoyed the fact the training was led people with lived experience of Autism and it not only been an eye opener but has given me much food for thought’. ‘There was lots of opportunity to participate and room for discussions, you have created a nice informal learning environment which I really enjoyed’.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
