Sheffield Cycling 4 All
During the pandemic Disability Sheffield’s accessible cycling project is also running weekly exercise sessions on Zoom. These sessions are free of charge by qualified teachers. They are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and can be performed seated or standing, with or without a PA or carer.
Boxing 4 All on Mondays – 12-1pm
Yoga 4 All on Tuesdays – 7-8pm
Move & Chat on Wednesdays – 11-12pm
Dance 4 All on Fridays – 12-1pm
