Sheffield IAPT
Provide useful self-help information and brief ‘psychological first aid’ to help you make sense of how you feel, look at self-care and coping strategies. If you need additional support also offer a range of 1-1 or group treatments delivered over the phone or online.

Aanyone who is feeling stressed, anxious or worried about Coronavirus can call IAPT on 0114 226 4380 ( Mon-Fr 9-5)
The service is available to anyone, you do not have to have accessed mental health services in the past.
Their ‘Coping with Covid’ course is a four session online course looking at different emotional responses to the coronavirus outbreak and offering simple skills and techniques to help cope with this. Each session is around half an hour long with time after to ask questions and focuses on a different theme each week.
