Calling all: Stroke Survivors, Acquired Brain Injury Survivors (Headway), Spinal Injury, Balance Issues, Cerebral Palsy, Fatigue Syndrome, Parkinson’s & Amputees. Come try some of the best e-assist recumbent trikes around. Adapt-e will bring a range of Adult recumbent trikes, alongside Sheffield Cycling 4 All’s usual range. No need to book, just turn up at Hillsborough Park MUGA.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
