The Bereavement Helpline Here to Hear , a Multi-lingual and Multi-faith bereavement helpline set up by DiverseCity Development Trust is holding their first Café Sukoon which stands for peace.

It is a place where you are listened because the healing power of just listening is better than anything. Café Sukoon which stands for peace, is normalising the word grief within many communities. It is providing a space to grab a cup of coffee and to be listened.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
