How It Works…
Helen offers a wide range of group workshops and one to one bespoke sessions that target specifically what each person needs for their health condition or challenge. Each person has their own experience of Home Coaching but a typical pattern is:
You will have a free telephone consultation (generally lasting 30mins).
Helen will then provide a suggested plan for you to choose which may include:
• A workshop with a small group where a specific area is discussed, information shared and practical information given
• One to one practical help in translating advice into workable home and lifestyle action. This could be a one 1.5 hour session or a series of sessions in your home/workplace etc)
• Follow up telephone / face to face meetings to discuss how you are, and any problem solving that is needed

Prices:

Your personal plan will be priced and this will be fixed so you will know upfront what you can expect to pay.

Qualifications & Quality Standards:
Helen MIfL QTLS is an experienced Home Economist and teacher who has also enjoyed running a family home for over three decades.

Recent Feedback    (We'd love to receive your feedback, please click here to add some)

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
