Have you been out of work for a while? Do you need to boost your confidence, skills or even qualifications to secure employment, an apprenticeship or traineeship? If yes then the Steps to Work programme can help you. 

What is Steps to Work?

A unique and tailored programme which is designed to support the person in starting their future. You will have the opportunity to gain accredited qualifications in Business Admin, Retail Knowledge, Workskills plus gaining support and guidance with CV Writing, Interview Prep, Job Search, Work Experience, Team Building and Progression.

Who is it for?

Anyone aged 16+ who is not in employment or training.

Why Choose Steps to Work?

Build your own programme by adding what aspects you want to work on, to your programme. 

Short programmes which are anything from 1 day a week and last anything up to 6 months, depending on the needs of the client.

Support with travel costs to attend your programme
