Nacro is a social justice charity. We design and deliver services that equip people with the skills, advice, attitude and support they need to move their lives on and to become part of their community. Our services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of re-offending.

Nacro’s national Resettlement Advice Service (RAS) seeks to remove the barriers that prevent people with criminal records (and those who have been subject to allegations) from moving forward with their lives in positive and constructive ways.

Within RAS sits our dedicated Employer Advice Service, which seeks to promote best practice among employers, education providers and other organisations by giving them the confidence to assess and manage risk in relation to criminal record matters and allegations.
