Support for Carers to Connect
Carer Connect is a new free digital support offer for unpaid carers across South Yorkshire, developed in partnership with carers and the four South Yorkshire councils.
The resources on the site are designed to help carers access trusted information, guidance, and local support. There’s also a WhatsApp digital assistant available 24/7 and in multiples languages.
