Rob is a collaborative, values-driven senior leader with more than 25 years of experience across local and national charities. He is passionate about equality, inclusion and ensuring that disabled people have a strong voice in shaping the services and support that affect their lives.

Throughout his career, Rob has held Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive roles in a range of charitable organisations. He began his career working with people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and has remained committed to championing inclusion, co-production and advocacy throughout his professional journey.

Rob is excited to join Disability Sheffield and looks forward to working alongside disabled people, staff, volunteers, partners and stakeholders to build on the organisation’s excellent work and continue promoting independent and inclusive living.
