We are inviting people with lived experience of direct payments to review the information pack and take part in a focus group to share their views on:

• How clear and useful the information is
• Whether it supports people new to, or already receiving, direct payments
• What could be improved

Your feedback will help ensure the guide reflects the Council’s values of putting people at the heart of everything we do and Together We Get Things Done.
