Deafblind Convention - 9am to 5pm

Thursday 7th October

The UK’s first virtual deafblind convention is a day of talks and seminars from people who live with or work with sight and hearing loss. Focusing on the theme of ‘living better with sight and hearing loss’, the event will welcome world class speakers who will bring you up to date with latest research and academic thinking as well as motivate and inspire you to make the most of live with sight and hearing loss.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
