Move & Chat Inclusive Exercise Class - 11am

Wednesday 28th October

Join us for a fun, gentle online exercise session led by a qualified instructor followed by an optional informal chat with other participants. These are fully inclusive sessions which are tailored to suit all different abilities and fitness levels. No equipment is needed.

This online exercise session takes place every Wednesday on Zoom, a free live streaming app/website. Participant’s will be given a Zoom code, which they can put in to the Zoom app/website and take part in the live exercise session.

If this is your first time joining us we ask that you complete a short ‘Health Form,’ this is a short form with a couple of questions about your health so that we don’t ask you to do anything you can’t do and to make sure you get the most out of your time with us!

To find out more, collect Zoom ID, password and health form you can email info@sheffieldcycling4all.org or call Tom on 07922183338.

The sessions are free of charge but if you would like to make a donation to Disability Sheffield that would be great: https://www.disabilitysheffield.org.uk/donate

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
