Move&Chat Zoom Group- 11am

Join Sheffield Cycling 4 All and the gang for this fun, gentle online exercise session led by a qualified instructor followed by an optional informal chat with other participants.
These are fully inclusive sessions which are tailored to suit all different abilities and fitness levels. No equipment is needed.
This online exercise session takes place every Wednesday at 11 am on Zoom, a free live streaming app/website.
Participants will be given a Zoom code, which they can put into the Zoom app/website and take part in the live exercise session.

The sessions are free of charge.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
