Did You Know?Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag

A Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag ( RADF ) is a visible marker added to a person’s health or care record. It highlights any reasonable adjustments you may need because of a disability .

From 30 September 2026, all publicly funded health and social care services must be able to share, view and update RADFs. The flag helps to make appointments less stressful by adapting services for a more personalised response and satisfies legal obligations under the Equality Act .
