Sheffield Flourish Update Support for your Mental Health

Mental health charity Sheffield Flourish has launched three separate resources to help different groups of people who may be affected by the coronavirus crisis.

The charity has been collecting information about support that is still on offer, as well as what has changed recently.

You can see a general overview here

leading to specific pages offering extensive information and contact details for:

Sheffield Flourish explains “ We are slowly adjusting to a new way of working and living. It can feel overwhelming at points and we understand the fears, anxieties and frustrations that we are all experiencing. It is no surprise that service provision has changed right across the city, and indeed the country, as well as the creation of new services and support systems. If you would prefer to call and talk to one of our Information Coordinators, who will listen and provide you with signposting to the correct service, please call us on 0114 273 7009.”

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
