Please Nominate Us for 12 Days of Giving

Christmas is a time for giving – and you can help Disability Sheffield carry out its vital services by nominating us for a church charity windfall.

Ecclesiastical, a specialist insurance and financial company, is owned by Allchurches Trust, which donates independently to deserving causes and is one of the UK’s largest grant-making charities.

Every year they run 12 Days Of Giving, during which they donate £1,000 to 120 charities in a dozen days with a lucky draw during the festive period. You can nominate any UK or Irish registered charity you choose and nominations will remain open until midnight the day before each draw. Draws will take place each weekday from 5 – 20 December 2019.

To nominate us you will need our charity number which is 1112712 . The more nominations a charity receives the greater the chance of them winning, so if you’d like to give Disability Sheffield a chance of gaining much-needed funds you can do it here. Thank you.

Ensuring that people have equal chances and equal choices is of utmost importance and Disability Sheffield ensures that people who need support to make those choices and have their voice heard do.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
