No Panic over Christmas

No Panic over Christmas

No Panic Sheffield believe that anxiety and depression are debilitating, life-changing mental health conditions. They provide self-help groups run by people with anxiety for individuals aged 18+, every Wednesday evening (online/face-to-face rotation) and Thursday morning face to face in the city centre. The purpose of the groups is to share experiences of anxiety, learn together, a social aspect, normalise anxiety/depression/low mood and to share coping strategies.

If you need face to face support they are meeting over Christmas on Wednesday 29th December from 6:30-8:30pm at Flourish and on Thursday 30th December from 10am-midday at SODIT, The Wicker.

Find out more about No Panic’s self help groups here or call 07505 712164 for more info.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
