Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has been successfully chosen to be an ‘early adopter site’, for Integrated Personal Commissioning which is a new approach in joining up health care, social care and other services for patients and service users.
This event is your chance as a user of health and social care services, alongside GP practice staff, voluntary sector organisations, Sheffield Health & Social Care and Sheffield City Council, to help develop a vision and model on how IPC can be delivered in Sheffield.
