Healthy Living and Physical Activity Project Co-ordinator (job-share post)

Disability Sheffield is looking to recruit a part-time co-ordinator to join our existing project co-ordinator to lead on this project, in partnership with Sheffield CCG, working with community groups to increase their capacity to support people with severe mental illness, a learning disability and/or autism to access healthy living and physical activity opportunities in their local communities.

Disability Sheffield is a ‘not for profit’ pan-impairment organisation driven by disabled people; we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds, and we particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of disability

Hours are 17.5hrs per week (£28,160 f/t salary). 2 years funding secured.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
