The gym at Concord Leisure Centre is running a series of free taster sessions, which can help lead you to a healthier lifestyle.

At these sessions you can meet staff and try out the latest equipment. They take place on Monday 5th February from 11.30-12.30, Friday 23rd February 12.30 – 13.30 and Wednesday 28th February 12.00 -13.00.

They are by appointment only, so to reserve a place contact: Kirsty Fields on 07581 627651 or email kirsty.fields@autismplus.co.uk

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
