The annual celebration honours the individuals and organisations working to make a difference to the lives of people and communities in the area.The ceremony takes place from 7-11pm on Thursday November 22nd at the Octagon Centre.

Healthwatch Sheffield is looking for volunteers to become members of their new strategic advisory group, particularly people who identify or have worked with communities whose voices are not always heard. This includes disabled people, especially if you have experience of health and/or social care as a service user or carer.
