A PLACE for You?

Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust are looking for volunteers to join their Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) programme. The assessments will be carried out over a period of 12 weeks starting in September.

If you:

have experience as a patient, service user, carer, relative or family member.
are interested in improving healthcare services.
can provide fair, honest and constructive feedback.
are able to attend a short induction session and participate in assessment visits.
