Are Your Services Person Centred? - 10.30am - 12.30pm

Friday 7th December

Venue : NHS Sheffield CCG, 722 Prince of Wales Road, Darnall, S94EU. Disability Sheffield, with funding from Skills for Care is co-producing a ‘How to Guide’ for supervision and appraisals in health and social care in Sheffield.

Over the next few weeks, starting on Friday 23 November, we are holding a number of workshops to find out peoples’ views and experiences about person centred approaches and how they can be put into workplace supervision and appraisals.

The workshops are mainly for front line workers and managers in health and social care in Sheffield, people who employ personal assistants and others who have an interest in this area.

A £15 participation fee is available for people who use services and we can also reimburse travel expenses.

If you have an experience to share, or something to say about health and social care and person centred approaches in supervision please do come along to one of the workshops.

You can view the workshop dates and book a workshop place on Eventbrite on our flyer

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
