Young Carers Activity Fund Application

If you are a carer under the age of 18 in Sheffield, you could apply for this £300 grant to fund a break away from your caring role.

A ‘break’ could include things like music lessons, spa days, a gym membership or activity equipment at home like a trampoline, a magazine , film subscription, or a computer.

The final closing date for 2016-17 applications is 5pm on Thursday 23rd February 2017.
