Unleash your Creativity with The Foodhall Open Journal

Foodhall is a multi-award-winning open public dining room and kitchen in the heart of Sheffield on Eyre Street.

Foodhall uses surplus food from local traders to serve hot meals to all on a ‘put-something-in’t-pot’ donation basis.

The Foodhall Open Journal is a monthly publication that is open for everyone. You can send in articles, photographs, drawings, poetry, recipes, – anything that can be printed on a page.

The journal gives visitors, volunteers, and friends of Foodhall a platform for their work to be seen and their voices to be heard and encourage their readers to think about community and togetherness.

If you’re feeling creative and want to send in a submission or subscribe, email: foodhallopenjournal@gmail.com .

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
