The Talent Hub is looking for Dancers

TIN Arts and Yorkshire Dance, in association with Inclusion North have launched The Talent Hub.

The Talent Hub wants to find ten dance artists with a learning disability, autism or both from the North East of England and Yorkshire.

They are looking for people who are gifted and talented in dance, but who need to do more training to be able to develop as a dance performer, maker or leader. The ten dancers will be offered individual support and intensive periods of training. They will work with international artists to create new dance performance work to take on tour.

The Talent Hub is now open and waiting for applications. The closing date for applications is Friday 27th April.

For more information on how to apply to join The Talent Hub visit the Talent Hub website. If you have any questions please contact Jo Turner from Talent Hub by email at talenthub@tinarts.co.uk or by phone on 0191 384 0728 (Mon – Thurs).

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.
