'Improving Access to Psychological Therapies' Re-launch their Website

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) have re-launched their website. IAPT is an NHS adult service offering a range of free psychological therapies to over 12,00 people each year who work and/or live in Sheffield. Providing the right information and help for people to develop skills to overcome stress and anxiety is at the heart of what IAPT do. The website includes information on self-help courses, community resources, physical activity resources, one to one therapy and more. View IAPT website.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
