DRILL Research Project - Employer Survey

Sheffield Employers, we need you! Take our quick online survey and tell us how employing disabled people can be made easier for you. We are a small team working on the ‘Getting On, Keeping On’ research project at Disability Sheffield. We have been asked to find out the issues employers have recruiting and retaining disabled people. In the past the focus has been on the issues disabled people faced – this time we want to look at these issues from an employer’s perspective.

This is your chance to tell us the difficulties you have, and how things could be improved. The information gathered from our survey could help make your working life easier and your workforce more diverse.

You can really help make a difference by filling in our online survey , it will only take a few minutes of your time and it is completely anonymous. Thank you.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
