Continuing Healthcare Assessments Focus Group.

Healthwatch Sheffield is looking for people aged 18+ who have had a Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessment in the last year to take part in a focus group and discuss their experiences. It is hoped that a dozen people will take part and that this will help improve the system in the future.

The meeting takes place on Monday September 24th, from 11am until 12:30pm at The Circle Sheffield, 33 Rockingham Lane, S1 4FW. You can bring a relative, carer or P.A. for support and travel expenses and P.A costs will be refunded.

There are a limited number of places. If you don’t get a place at the meeting Healthwatch Sheffield can offer you the chance to comment by phone, email or post.

To find out more or to book a place you see Healthwatch Sheffield’s website email info@healthwatchsheffield.co.uk, telephone 0114 2536688 or text 0741 524 9657.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
